For anyone who is unsure on whether to work with Eloise, this is your sign to DO IT. I went to see Eloise after a loss and subsequent very long cycle. She is so thorough with her assessment, tailors treatment to your needs and where you are in your cycle, and remembers everything you have told her, which is so refreshing! The sessions are so relaxing, I would often fall asleep! I would look forward to my sessions every week. I would tell Eloise it felt like having therapy every week, as she was the one who knew exactly what was going on, listened to me venting and had my back every time! Within a week of seeing Eloise I ovulated for the first time since the loss, with what was the easiest, most text-book, symptom free period ever! This was followed by a much shorter cycle, predictable ovulation with symptoms and me getting pregnant! I continued seeing Eloise until around 13 weeks, and I am now 19 weeks! I will go back and see Eloise for birth prep and therapy haha so grateful 🥰

I can’t recommend Eloise highly enough! I worked with her for 6 months through my first round of IVF and found the sessions extremely comforting. Throughout the IVF process you see so many different nurses and consultants, and having Eloise as a constant made such a difference. She is incredibly compassionate and knowledgable and creates such a safe space for you to pour your heart out. I am currently 9 weeks pregnant from that first round! 🤞🙏

Eloise is warm, kind and empathetic. She immediately made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. When I came to Eloise in January this year I was feeling extremely spent after many unsuccessful rounds of fertility treatment. I had read that acupuncture could support fertility treatment but I was honestly sceptical about how or whether it could help me. Eloise spent time and effort to understand what I had been through and she listened to what I needed from the process in a way that others had not. It felt like an extremely open and supportive therapeutic environment. I found the holistic advice really practical and useful and the acupuncture itself thoroughly relaxing. Nobody was more surprised than me when I became pregnant and maintained it beyond all of the previous benchmarks we had reached. I feel like Eloise brings not just empathy, deep knowledge and care to her practice, but a bit of magic as well.

I visited Eloise through September this year, in the lead up to my due date in early October, following a recommendation. When I initially met with Eloise, I was feeling slightly stressed with work and various third trimester pregnancy symptoms including PGP, reflux, tiredness etc, but as the appointment progressed, my stresses began to melt away. Eloise is very calm and very kind, she took time to understand my background and she even recommended useful reading for me, for my post partum preparations. I was completely blown away by the positive effects on my body from acupuncture, after each visit I felt more calm and more ready for labour, and I could feel physical changes as my body responded. I had the best night's sleep after each session and Eloise even cured my reflux like she flicked a switch! They say acupuncture helps to encourage a short and less painful birth and, I had a very short labour of under 8 hours (my first baby) and had no need for painkillers. I'm sure our bodies respond to acupuncture in different ways but I would 100% recommend Eloise — and needless to say I have let all my friends know too! Thank you Eloise! X

I've been seeing Eloise for a number of years now. Eloise supported us through trying to conceive our first baby 4.5 years ago and we're just about to have our second baby. Eloise has supported me prenatally, postnatally and everything in between (including an ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage). I'd absolutely recommend Eloise's holistic approach to treatment. Our family has picked up long term nutrition tips that have changed the way we eat and much more. I found Eloise shortly after experiencing a complicated missed miscarriage, which resulted in RPOC and surgery. My goal was to heal, both mentally and physically, and to get pregnant again as soon as I was able to. Eloise was warm, understanding and incredibly sensitive to my situation. She is a great listener and our weekly sessions together became a way for me to process what had happened in a safe and healthy space. It was so much more than just acupuncture for me and I believe it was paramount to my healing. Eloise has a wealth of knowledge on fertility and acupuncture and each weekly treatment was tailored to my different symptoms and stages of healing. I got pregnant again just two months after my surgery, with 0 complications and I am now happily entering my third trimester. What Eloise does with the needles is pure magic! I hadn't experienced acupuncture before and the way Eloise does it is incredibly calming. I truly believe me being consistent with seeing her every week for treatments played a huge part in my positive outcome. I am not exaggerating when I say that Eloise has changed my life! I suffered for many years with chronic migraines & ended up having to take some pretty nasty medication to keep them to a relatively bearable level. Since seeing Eloise I rarely get migraines & haven't taken any medication for over 3 years! I also suffer from fibromyalgia & regular treatment from Eloise helps keep all of my symptoms at bay. I was so lucky to find Eloise at the beginning of my pregnancy. I saw Eloise right through to the end of my pregnancy and found her such an amazing support, not only with her acupuncture but her help with my diet (I am vegan and suffer from Colitis disease) so she added extra care around what I ate and the supplements I took. Eloise has shown great skill and care whilst supporting me through my covid recovery. Her knowledge and support both in sessions and as aftercare have been invaluable to my speedy recovery from covid. I highly recommend her and will be continuing sessions for maintenance and self care.

I came to Eloise to help find some more balance in my life which has been mirrored in the imbalance of my hormonal system that is geared to too much yang and not enough yin. I am a typical can-do person and need acupuncture to help with relaxation and integration of all I do. Eloise is magic and can tune in to exactly where I am at and what I need. I find the sessions deeply pleasurable and relaxing and my body really can let go. It is one of my highlights of the week and as a result I have seen more balance returning to my life and I feel I can still do and achieve while remaining present and relaxed. My acupuncture treatments with Eloise is my safe space carved out each week to completely relax, heal and focus on my body and mind. Acupuncture was new to me and Eloise made me feel totally at ease with her knowledge and kind nature. I went into it a bit experimentally, hoping at the very least it would simply be a relaxing experience — but I soon discovered it was so much more! I am making quite profound connections between my mental and physical health through our sessions. For instance, I often feel a sense of release from painful emotions that have been stored within my body — which I didn't know was possible before! I have uncomfortable menstrual cycles and a chronic sinus issue — both of which have improved massively after only a few sessions. I am so happy with the effects I am noticing with my overall health too. To anyone considering acupuncture — I say give it a try! The sensation is hard to describe and is different for everyone, but I often experience a pleasant tingling like faint electricity. Afterwards, I feel extremely relaxed and content and I always sleep like a baby! I really recommend Eloise because her holistic approach and her ability to help you make connections in your personal health and wellbeing is so amazing.
