Peace Anumah

It is not an overstatement to say that working with Peace has literally changed my life and I would not be the person I am today without her support. I have been through a failed business, divorce, fatherhood, relocation and through it all, her advice has helped me navigate it all whilst being authentic to who I am and my values.

I had a really positive experience working with Peace so much so that I continued for over 30 sessions. Her level of professionalism was exceptional throughout. What stood out most was her ability to understand me deeply, including my cultural and family dynamics. She helped me uncover and process things that were deeply rooted things I struggled to identify on my own. Peace was a consistent pillar of support. Her approach isn’t just theoretical it’s very practical. I had moments of tears, laughter and hope. She supported me in breaking down my goals into clear, achievable steps, especially in areas related to my personal growth and life direction. She also has a strong ability to hold a bigger vision for your life while helping you navigate the smaller, necessary steps to get there. Working with her has been both grounding and empowering, and I’m truly grateful for the progress I’ve made with her support.

Peace’s name was perfectly chosen for her. She was insightful, wise and calming. She really allowed me to develop my own thoughts but also challenged me. I will be forever grateful for the sessions I had with her.

Counselling was the last option for my relationship. I was ready to leave. You helped me to remember why I fell in love with my husband. Thank you so much. Our intimacy and communication is so much better now. I am hoping that we can sustain it now that counselling is over.
