Highly recommended. Over the years I've been to various osteopaths, chiropractors and physios. This is, by far, the best place I've been to. All the staff are excellent at what they do and genuinely lovely people. They take lots of time and care to give you the right treatment for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Can I add having had recent treatments that they're basically miracle workers and so kind, they will always go that extra mile for you. Can't recommend enough.

Jenny's One-to-One Pilates is outstanding and has improved my overall health significantly. Group classes are fun but mistakes can be missed, and nothing beats the individual attention Jenny can give. She is highly professional, calm and encouraging and is quick to identify specific areas that need attention. Her eagle eye soon spots wrong moves which she gently corrects and retrains. I can highly recommend the One-to-One, but if you prefer to bring a friend along, Jenny does a great One-to-Two as well!

Jenny is an excellent osteopath whom I would highly recommend. I have been a patient of hers for many years, and she always manages to find the root of the various problems I experience, which often cause me significant pain, and treats them very effectively. I have also had a Hot Stones Massage by Jayne Queen and, again, it was both therapeutic and enjoyable. She took particular care around the area where I have arthritis and even the slightest movement is particularly painful. I shall be booking a further session with Jayne soon.

Big fan of this place. Always come out feeling 100 times better than when I went in - combination of the treatment and the jolly atmosphere. Jenny has magical healing hands - best osteo I've ever visited (and I've seen a lot!) Highly recommend.

I've been here for osteopathy and go regularly for massage. All the therapists I've seen have been good and the place is nice too. Deep tissue massage from Iona Jones is highly recommended!

I truly can not recommend Jenny highly enough. After suffering an injury at work I required osteopathic treatment for several months, I was in a lot of pain and frightened as to what the long term damage of the injury might be. Jenny was unfalteringly kind, professional and supportive throughout the course of my treatment and really made what was a horrible time for me much much easier. Jenny worked on my neck, shoulder and back, with great skill and gentleness, always explaining what she was doing and what the benefits would be. She was able to ease my anxieties and discomfort both physically and emotionally and really went above and beyond any expectations. Over a year on from my accident I feel fit and healthy and have had no reoccurring issues and truly can not thank Jenny enough for all that she did for me.

Jenny gave me a fantastically effective treatment for my knee which also brought to light wider issues. I got a range of exercises, clearly demonstrated, which also helped a lot. Jenny was very approachable and professional and treated 'the whole person'. The new clinic looks amazing, very smart and bright but with the same friendly service. Totally recommended.

I have suffered from a bad back over the past three years and before finding the wonderful Jenny, I had tried various practitioners. Jenny gives you the greatest gift which is time. Performing an initial holistic assessment which paves the way for treatment options. I had had some negative experiences so was not motivated to go and seek help, popping pills which only masked the pain and not treating the cause. Jenny is very thorough in her examination and although only small in stature do not be fooled, she is very compassionate, professional but personable, putting you at ease. I actually look forward to the appointments and being 'ironed out'. I would highly recommend.

I have seen both Jenny and Annie at Shoreham Osteopathy Centre and have been extremely pleased with my treatments. I always feel so much better afterwards thanks to their professional treatment, care and advice. The clinic has recently been taken over by the lovely Jenny who has worked there for years. The revamp has made the place very bright and airy. The treatment I received from Jenny was wonderful and after just one treatment I feel so much better.

I have a long term back condition which requires regular osteopathy by Jeny, and she has been treating me for several years. With her trained eye she spots the slightest miss alignment in my lower back, and after a treatment, I am straight once again. She is forthcoming with suggestions for exercises to help your back, which come as part of a package of care from her, in treating not just the issue, but you as an individual. From time to time I see Annie for a massage and she is brilliant at finding tight muscles, which aggreviate my lower back. I can highly recommend this practice. The new online booking system is easy to use with a range of appointment times.

I would recommend the Shoreham Osteo Centre in a heartbeat, as a keen sportswoman I am often requiring re-alignment and healing hands. I have been treated by Jenny for many years, Jenny and her practitioners are professional, friendly and so important for keeping us pain free and active.
