Felicity is amazing!! She has truly changed my life! I saw her for energy healing and reflexology. I came to her because I was going through a difficult period and experiencing a lot of stress. From my very first session, as soon as I started talking to her, I could feel the healing. I have been seeing her regularly, and after each session, my mind calms down. I'll start off by saying I was hesitant about reflexology at first but at my dad's recommendation I gave it a go unsure it was gonna have any effect. As it turns out this was probably the best decision I've made all year as it has changed my life! Finding Sole Transformations and meeting Felicity has given me a completely new perspective in life! She's one of the kindest, most welcoming and most knowledgeable people I've met and the weekly sessions with her have been the light at the end of my stress and work filled tunnel! I have seen Felicity for reflexology for the last four years and I would wholeheartedly recommend her. This is not an overstatement - Felicity is gifted. She is calm, focused, and knowledgeable, immediately creating a safe space for her clients to relax into the experience and be open to what it can do. Not to mention, she listens with intention and then focuses and works on how best to address her client's concerns. In our very first session, Felicity did wonders on my feet which often are tight and hard to walk on and my calves where I hold a lot of my stress. No one has ever been able to - in one session - ease, relax and release the tension in my lower body like that. After I left, my body felt much more relaxed, my calves were not balled up and it did not hurt to walk on my feet. It seemed miraculous to me particularly because I have spent a lot of time in physical therapy addressing just that. In our second session (years later), I had a different experience. We focused on my anxiety, my stomach pain, more emotional concerns. She made me feel comfortable to open up and share a more personal side of myself. I felt safe to be vulnerable and more open to the possibilities of how her work might shift things around inside of me. After the session, I felt relaxed, even more optimistic. Felicity is a truly talented therapist. She obviously puts deep care and concentration in what she does, and her correct intuition is the sign of her deep attunement to her client's needs. I initially went to see her to help my body prepare for pregnancy as I was starting to try for a baby. It took us only one month of real trying, and I am sure in some way Felicity has helped! Her sessions are deeply relaxing and nourishing. On another occasion the results of her treatment went beyond my expectations. On the morning of our scheduled session, I unexpectedly woke up with a strong pain in my knee which left me limping. Equally unexpectedly, after one hour in Felicity's expert hands my knee was much better and completely fine the day after! I also felt great. Thank you Felicity! I would recommend her to anyone who wants to take care of their body in a gentle and holistic way.

I have been seeing Felicity for reflexology treatments for a few months now and can honestly say that they have been life changing! The MT experience with Felicity was amazing. On both occasions of having this technique I had been in some level of inner turmoil. In the weeks following I found that I was able to deal with many difficult decisions and experiences with ease and clarity. For me MT really removed a blockage, it enabled my mind to be clearer and for me to focus on what I needed to do rather than stay in the problem. The actual session itself is extremely calming and relaxing and brought me back to inner consciousness something I've often found very hard to do. I can only describe it as a magical experience and Felicity as an amazing practitioner.

When I first met Felicity I had 'angry feet' which matched the rest of me - angry, but also frustrated, tired, stressed and suffering horrible debilitating headaches. What she DID do over several months of treatment was give me 'HAPPY FEET' and an enormous sense of well-being! With good humour and wise words she helped me de-stress while her skilled and really rather magical hands worked out my physical aches and pains through my feet. Over a couple of months my posture and stress-related headaches were gone. Ultimately she has given me a gentle shove in the right direction to get on my correct life path. I had the pleasure of having a Metamorphic Technique session with Felicity a couple of weeks ago. I am embarking on some major changes in my life and my hope was that this would help to support me in facing my fears and making some big decisions. Felicity and I have known each other for a while but this is the first session of reflexology I have had with her. The session was not exactly as I expected, it's not your spa-like foot massage for one. The surroundings were wonderfully relaxing, and straight away Felicity puts you at ease and encourages you to be present during the session. Being open minded and listening to your heart and mind is crucial in getting the most from the session. There is no judgement and certainly no expectation on you the client to be a certain way, it's a safe and confidential place in which you can express yourself if you wish. For me the session helped to re-centre and give me resolve to maintain a determination to new eating habits. I was surprised by how much I was able to learn about myself during the session, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Felicity and reflexology, and I will certainly be going back for more.

Two and a half years ago I was looking for a reflexologist in London. I visited several practitioners in the city but I could not find the right person for me until I met Felicity. She has the ability to connect with people effortlessly. This made me feel comfortable and safe straight away. It was immediately clear that she is extremely knowledgeable and able to identify the main imbalances we needed to focus on. I used to have high stress levels, stomach issues and an underactive thyroid. Foot reflexology has been a great help to balance my stress levels and for the digestive disorders. However, for the hormonal imbalances, Felicity recommended facial reflexology. I was intrigued as I never tried it before. This was a fantastic experience, so relaxing and extremely effective. I was very impressed with Felicity's work because, apart from the amazing treatments she was able to deliver, she actually went the extra mile and showed me simple exercises I could do to stimulate specific points in my face between treatments. Felicity takes her job very seriously. Her kindness and joyful attitude make her treatments unique and I honestly feel blessed I was so fortunate to meet her. Felicity worked with me during and after my first pregnancy to help balance hormones, ease tension and to hurry things along when I was overdue. She has a very special gift and can sense the state of your wellbeing with such precision. I am now expecting my second baby and have been benefitting from her input towards the end of my pregnancy. For over 6 months I'd been having trouble sleeping, most nights getting little more than 4 hours sleep, sometimes only 2 or 3 hours. This meant I was constantly feeling exhausted and as a result it affected my ability to do my job and also my day to day life. After 2 reflexology sessions with Felicity I was already starting to notice a difference and found myself having more good nights than bad. After 6 sessions I had returned to an almost normal sleeping routine averaging around 8 hours sleep near enough every night. I now feel refreshed and it's the best I have felt in a very long time. I began having reflexology with Felicity when I was trying to get pregnant. My periods were very erratic and spaced widely apart. After just a few sessions with Felicity these settled into a much more regular pattern and I became pregnant very soon after this. I do believe that the reflexology assisted me in becoming pregnant. I have continued seeing Felicity throughout my pregnancy and she has been working on reflexology points on my feet and face to assist with my various pregnancy related ailments. I first met Felicity when I tried a taster reflexology session out of curiosity. I was totally amazed how much she could tell about my health issues from a short session of foot reflexology; I had hormonal imbalances and had not been menstruating since I stopped taking the pill over 3 years earlier. Felicity felt that facial reflexology treatment could be beneficial to me to help with this. The results were quicker than either of us could imagine, and I started bleeding the day after my first session. The outcome is that 10 months on I have had 6 periods, and I have complete confidence that the changes in my body that Felicity triggered will continue. I first came to Felicity with post-viral fatigue. Facial reflexology, along with sensible lifestyle advice and some instructions for self-administered reflexology, assisted a more rapid recovery than the medics had predicted. I came to her again after a minor trauma caused headaches and dizziness, and the regular sessions helped a lot. I came to Felicity after suffering post natal depression. I have to admit to being a little sceptical, even during the treatment itself which was rather ticklish. However, the results were amazing and I couldn't stop laughing once the treatment was over! I have suffered from Trigeminal Nerve Pain for the last 12 years with head pain and also pain on the left side of my face. I have tried various medications, acupuncture and indian head massage but none helped. My pain is usually triggered by a build up of stress. Recently I had the worst pain I have ever experienced, excruciating pain on and off during the day and constant pain at night. Luckily I managed to get an appointment quickly with Felicity for Facial Reflexology. It was like a miracle! No further pain since, only some slight tingling. I would sincerely recommend this treatment especially as it does not hurt and is so relaxing too!

Felicity was recommended to me by a friend. I had starting having panic attacks and feeling generally unwell and after a series of tests, my GP still had no idea what the cause of the problem was. Felicity treated me with facial reflexology when I was pregnant, with great results. We started with general relaxation which was amazingly helpful and very profound. Later in my pregnancy my baby turned into a less optimal position. Felicity instantly understood how anxious I was about this and was very reassuring, and used Facial Reflexology points to help turn the baby into the perfect position. She did this three times! She also gave me pressure points to use at home if the baby moved, which I used to great effect. After a less than straightforward and quite traumatic birth, Felicity's treatment left me feeling more balanced and as though I'd been put back together. I cannot recommend Felicity highly enough. Her presence alone is a great salve, and coupled with how effective facial reflexology is, has a dramatic end result.

Following my first treatment I was amazed that she had identified trouble spots for me, e.g. sugar cravings. Over time I have become more aware of how my diet and various stresses result in imbalances within my body and my sessions with Felicity have motivated me to take steps to try achieve a greater balance within myself. I had a facial reflexology treatment with Felicity for half an hour after a 14 hour day. I had been suffering ear-ache, an intense dull headache and was exhausted due to suffering from insomnia. After a half hour session with Felicity my head cleared within ten minutes, leaving me extremely clear headed and feeling remarkably fresh; without tiredness and without pain. I slept soundly that night and the following night (by soundly I mean 10 hours each night), and have not suffered any insomnia since. Pretty extraordinary results.

I came to see Felicity as I had a severe problem with GERD, a difficult digestive/acid problem. I had been taking Ibuprofen and painkillers for a few years as I had arthritis in my left hip. A total hip replacement was carried out at UCH in October 2010, which was very successful. However I was left with what felt like indigestion, which over the months became very severe. It was very painful and I started to restrict my diet and started taking Omeprazole prescribed by the GP. I could not eat or drink without pain, sleeping became difficult and I felt very unwell. I started researching alternative treatments and therefore went along to see Felicity for facial reflexology. I had a number of sessions and eventually she managed to get it under control. It was a totally amazing experience, I looked forward to going every week. I last saw her in May 2011 and thankfully the symptoms of GERD have not recurred. I would highly recommend her and if I have any other problems I would see her without hesitation.

Having had reflexology with Felicity during both my pregnancies which are 3 years apart, I can honestly say the difference has been amazing, my second pregnancy has been so much easier than the first and I'm sure its down to the fortnightly sessions I have been having since around 17 weeks. This time around I have not had the swelling in my feet and legs that I experienced the first time and secondly after the threatened return of SPD, Felicity worked her magic and I have not felt that pain since. Felicity is also amazingly in tune with how I'm feeling and is even able to tell if I've been craving sugar or if I've not been drinking enough water. I sought a reflexology session with Felicity as I was full-term pregnant with a predicted huge baby - the doctors had asked me to get things moving ASAP and I thought I would try reflexology. My waters broke two days later - but the thing I most remember from my treatment was that it felt like the best hour of my entire pregnancy! I was so relaxed throughout the treatment and afterwards felt totally in tune with my body and mentally prepared for labour. I especially loved the reading Felicity did of my feet and will continue to recommend her to any pregnant lady I encounter. I was introduced to Felicity during my pregnancy by my antenatal yoga teacher. I have always had a keen interest in reflexology and was keen this time to find a reflexologist who specialised in pregnancy.
