Visited Kate after suffering a few weeks with lower back pain. Very welcoming and made to feel comfortable immediately. I’m now moving much freer and will definitely visit again and incorporate a massage on my calves and feet.

Just had a massage with Kate as my back was very achy and I keep getting headaches. Following a short consultation I experienced the most relaxing and knot removing massage I have ever had, she knew exactly where my problem areas are and worked skilfully to stretch and smooth my back neck and shoulders. The scalp massage was simply blissful. I am booking for a massage for myself every month.

I'd never had a massage before! My friend bought me a voucher for my birthday and I was very nervous. Kate made me feel relaxed and at ease straight away by her friendly and caring nature. The back neck and shoulder massage was wonderfully soothing and I have had loads more massages since! I have recommended Kate to my friends and family.

My muscles have always been tight especially in my legs and back as I work on my feet all day. I also had limited range of motion in my neck and also suffered with bad headaches. It is so nice to know that there is another solution to pain and aches than ibuprofen. Deep tissue massage with Kate is the best way to manage pain. My neck is so much better and I don't get headaches nearly as often.

Reflexology for a friend. A full massage for my wife & a head & shoulders for another friend. Absolutely brilliant. All three said she was one of the best. Brilliant with tension knots and very kind and easy to contact. Would happily use her again. Absolutely amazing!

Thanks to her awesome mobile service, I was able to have a relaxing service right within the comfort of my treehouse during my stay at Treetop Hideaways! With all my spa experiences, I must say, I have never come across anyone so genuine as Kate! She made me feel an instant sense of comfort and that feeling continued throughout. As for the treatments, especially the reflexology.. wow! I don't think I've ever felt so satisfyingly relaxed during and after. Another stay at Woodhall Spa definitely will mean another dose of pampering from Kate! x

Kate gave me an amazing aromatherapy massage, she used a great Neom and grapeseed oil. I was thoroughly relaxed. I suffer from hayfever allergies. The essential oil along with the relaxing music and muscle tension release, was just what I needed. Face, neck, leg, feet, back and shoulder massage were amazing.

I've had 2 massages. Both were very tailored to how I was feeling and the therapist intuitively focused on problem areas. I feel less achy, much lighter and better in my posture. Very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

Kate visited us whilst staying at tattershall lakes for my hen do. 6 out of the 8 of us enjoyed a 30 min massage and after a night out and a session on the inflatable water park it was much needed.

We booked for Kate to come to our cabin at Bainlands last week. We contacted Kate via text about 6-8 weeks prior to our stay and she was prompt to respond with her availability. Her prices are incredibly reasonable. She offered the most AMAZING massages and reflexology treatments to all of us (4 adults) plus a lovely comfortable massage bed and the softest blankets and cushions. She was very Cv-19 safe in her treatments and made all 4 of us feel very relaxed & pampered. We just wish we lived closer to see Kate on a regular basis.
