I have had two Bowen Therapy sessions so far, after being a bit nervous at the first session it has made a difference I feel lighter and it has definitely helped with tension in my upper back and neck, I have a third session booked. Maria explains everything so well and is an amazing calming presence

I have seen Maria on a number of occasions having been advised that Bowen Therapy may help me manage some of the symptoms associated with a hereditary generic condition that affects my balance and walking. Maria is a knowledgable, kind and empathetic practitioner and her treatments and practical exercise guidance have helped to improve my walking and I recommend her highly.

Quickly identified the problem and resolved in the first session. Follow up sessions included freeing up muscle tissue in upper back which helped posture and muscle relaxation

for any form of medical related treatment, which to me includes physiotherapy, a calm and professional atmosphere is essential, that is a strong feature of Marias attention. The treatment I find positive and beneficial, if lucky departure is softened by next doors cat appearing.

I have issues with my back which can cause significant pain. I have regular deep massages from Maria which makes a huge difference. Maria is highly expert and very knowledgeable, and has qualifications in a wide range of therapies. I have no hesitation in fully recommending her services.

Maria is brilliant. I had been to a few therapists with piriformis, quad & hip pain, had massage, acupuncture etc and nothing touched it. I went to Maria, explained my problem and she knew straight away what it could be. After a few tests to make sure it definitely was what she thought, she then did the relevant methods to release the problem along with treating other issues. I walked away from the session with no pain, more flexibility and a few exercises to do daily to keep on top of the injury for a while. I hope to be back running and cycling this week.

Maria's knowledge is in a class of its own. She will know the likely cause and know a way to treat it. Don't underestimate the quality and experience you are getting here. She's fantastic. Highly recommend.

I've suffered with knee pain for a couple of years now and have seen multiple therapists in attempt to relieve the pain. After only a couple of sessions with Touch Physique Therapies my pain has nearly gone. Maria is very knowledgable and understanding and I felt extremely comfortable in her care. I've had a bad back for many years and tried lots of different therapies and therapists, both private and NHS. It was a last ditch attempt to try Bowen and I'm so pleased I did. I had 3 sessions initially and it was amazing. I was pain free for the first time since I can remember. Since then, the duration between each time I need a "top up" gets longer and longer. I don't need multiple sessions, just one is enough. Maria fixes me and it sticks, unlike anything I've tried previously. Maria is such a warm and kind individual, and is great at what she does.

I have had Bowen therapy in the past when I was suffering with my shoulders, arms and neck so when I heard about Maria I made an appointment to help with the same issues 5 years down the line. Only this time my right hand was shaking so much that writing was becoming a challenge. After one session and 5 days after treatment my hand has not shaken. My shoulders are relaxed and I feel straighter when walking or sitting! Maria treats with kindness and sympathy and has a very gentle touch that is very powerful. Had a sprained lower back after doing too much gardening and bending (I'm 72). Found it hard to sleep with the pain and had to crawl to get up out of bed or a soft armchair. After over a week with no improvement I went to see Maria. After 1 session and a few days later the pain was gone and I was able to get back to a normal life. Thank you Maria for such a great help.

I'm a semi professional footballer and injured my MCL ligament in my right knee. After some deep oscillation therapy and unwinding that was recommended by Maria I managed to speed up my recovery very quickly and was back playing before I knew it! Maria was incredibly knowledgable about my injury and knew exactly how to heal it.

I have received treatment from Maria several times over a recurring back problem due to a fall several years ago. She is able to relieve tightness and discomfort in only one or two sessions and I always leave feeling so much better. I felt so relaxed and completely at ease as soon as I entered the lovely tranquil therapy room. Maria is extremely thorough and checks all aspects of your posture before using her extensive skills & knowledge to correct the problem. I was suffering from a neck rotation and shoulder issue which was completely remedied by Maria and I left feeling 100% better, so I would certainly recommend Maria to anyone needing any kind of touch therapy.

Was staying in Henley for a few days and decided to get a massage locally. I have had significant problems with my neck and shoulders since start of lockdown.
